The subscribe me plugin for WordPress lets you easily add site subscription links to popular RSS readers:

Default Usage

Activate the plugin and insert the following template tag anywhere in your template:

<?php the_subscribe_links(); ?>

For instance:

I'd Like To Use My FeedBurner Feed

You don't need to modify the plugin. Several WordPress plugins let you redirect your site's natural feed to your FeedBurner feed.

To manually install this software, download the zip and upload its contents into your plugins folder, i.e.:

yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins

Then, activate the plugin in your site's admin area.
