Feed Widgets Plugin For WordPress

The Feed Widgets plugin for WordPress lets you insert any widget into your outgoing RSS feed.

Feed Widgets creates a special sidebar that lets you insert widgets at the end of each post in your RSS feed. The content of your widgets will therefore appear wherever your post is published on another site and/or read in a feed reader.

Installation

Use drop-down menu to select

Install these widgets by selecting Appearance>Widgets and then Feed Widgets from the drop down menu.

To make the best of this plugin, be sure to configure the full text feed setting (under Settings / Reading)

Once you have the Feed Widgets sidebar selected you can start adding widgets. These widgets will automatically display after each post in your site's RSS feeds.

Possible uses:

1. Add your Resource box with links to the sites you want to promote. So your potted bio and links will appear wherever your feed content is reproduced on other sites. This will create inbound links to the sites you are promoting.

2. Include ads for products you want to promote. Note that feed ad services work by inserting "real" text content, as opposed to javascript, in between post entries and that feed readers strip out scripts. So, to reproduce the same effect, your ads should be text widgets.
