Plugin Update: Wysiwyg Editor

Notice — The Wysiwyg Editor plugin (obsolete) is now v.2.2.

Special thanks to Mike Koepke for his hard work on updating FCKEditor, adding new video services, and many other improvements.

Additional new features include the integration with Mediacaster, and the upload folders are now created automatically.
