Nevada court rules Google Cache is fair use
Interesting — In what may become a landmark case, a Nevada federal court has ruled that Google does not violate copyright by caching Web pages on its own servers.
Another case will likely be necessary for trademark issues raised by search engines. And I think it's safe to assume that copyright owners will fight this ruling until the cache is no longer freely available to the public.
