Smart link and search reloaded

In software — Smart links and Search reloaded are now v.2.0.

Both have been rewritten as classes, and cleaned up in the process. The main changes:

• I discarded a number of search reloaded tweaks that turned out to be mostly irrelevant in practice, meaning that search reloaded is much faster in practice.
• Smart link now works everywhere, including if you hardcode a smart link into your template.
• Smart link works with my external links plugin, and thus adds class="external" where applicable.
• Smart links now have a title attribute.
• Smart links no longer link to empty categories.
• Smart links no longer supports search queries.
• Smart links now has a plugin API.
