Subscribe me update

In resources — I've updated the subscribe me plugin.

Changes include:

• An admin interface, if you missed the previous update
• Default settings, if you had not miss it
• Added the Google reader — the gif is courtesy of James Huff
• A help link, via a help page on my site

You can download the new version as well as a new version of the Semiologic theme and CMS at their usual addresses.
