terms2posts: next generation related posts

In resources — I've updated my extract terms (obsolete) based plugins, and released the terms2posts plugin.

Terms2posts is a next generation 'related posts' plugin for WordPress that leverages the extract terms and the search reloaded plugins to fully automate post to post linking on your site.

Update: the plugin has been replaced with Related Widgets.
