Funny — This prime number generator from Jeff Weisberg must be among the ugliest pieces of code I have ever seen. This is almost as bad as Brainfuck.

Also noteworthy is this fractal generator from Ian Collier; it is ugly too, but at least the source (layout) is self-documenting.
