Software organizes email by task

Highlight — TRN mentioned an interesting tool to automatically organize your inbox created by Nicholas Kushmerick and Tessa Lau (researchers' paper).

To date, the tool uses text classification, text clustering and automata induction algorithms to carry out the process. The user and the computer should cooperate in a future version.
